Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

  • High-volume periods (sales, restocks, promos) may slightly extend processing times.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all U.S. orders under $100

  • Free Shipping: Orders $100+ ship FREE

  • Rates automatically apply at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

  • The Makeup Distro is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is scanned as Delivered by the carrier, The Makeup Distro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your tracking shows lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

  • We can assist with claim information if needed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.
