Once your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the transportation and delivery of your package transfers to the carrier.
Before contacting The Makeup Distro regarding a shipping issue, customers must first contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). The carrier has the most up-to-date tracking information and is responsible for investigating delivery-related issues, including:
- Delayed deliveries
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
- Packages still marked “In Transit”
- Missed delivery attempts
- Incorrect deliveries
- Lost or damaged packages while in transit
The Makeup Distro is responsible for processing your order accurately and shipping it within our stated processing timeframe. Once the package has been accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, delivery exceptions, or other carrier-related issues.
If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue after completing an investigation, please contact us with your order number, tracking number, and any claim or case number provided by the carrier. We will review the situation and determine whether additional assistance can be provided.
Please note: Expedited shipping pays for a faster shipping service provided by the carrier. While we ensure expedited orders are processed and shipped promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in the carrier’s possession and are unable to refund shipping charges for carrier-caused delays.
